I have this theory that nobody actually needs me to say anything
because everything I have to say, can (and will) be found somewhere else
and I'm ready to hear something

It means I hold my tongue for long enough, someone is bound to say the thing I was going to. It means I have not said anything that has not been said before.
It means I am sick of hearing what I have to say and would like to hear someone else.
